Q: What is your return policy?

To return a product, please follow the instructions below so we can serve you better.

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RMA number and in its original packaging. The product must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. Any merchandise returned that does not meet this criteria may be subjected to an additional handling fee or refused.
  3. You will receive an RMA number via E Mail with shipping instructions and address to send your merchandise.
  4. Returns require a copy of the original invoice.
  5. No returns after 30 days.
  6. No returns on special order items.
  7. Returns must be unused and in condition to be sold as NEW.
  8. All returns will be assessed a $5 processing fee per RMA number.
  9. Absolutely no returns on electrical items.
  10. Repack return items carefully to avoid damage.
  11. EastCoastSpeed reserves the right to refuse any return items if returned items cannot be sold as "New".
  12. Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.

Q: How do I get Free Shipping?

If you spend more then $124.99, you will receive free shipping!


Q: Has my order shipped?

Orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST typically ship the same day. We will notify via e Mail with your tracking number after your order has shipped. These notifications sometimes may not be posted until the next business day due to the high volume of orders we process.


Q: How do I track my order?

Your tracking information will automatically be e Mailed to you after your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information is sometimes not available until the next business day after your order ships due to the high velocity of orders we process.


Q: How do you keep my payment secure?

East Coast Speed seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every on-line order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.

E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.


Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

You will not be charged sales tax on your order unless you live in the state of New York. We charge all applicable sales tax on orders delivered to addresses within New York. Any sales taxes due for orders shipped to any other state shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
